SY Stanza is a very short, high yielding malting variety.  It was our best yielding barley variety on the farm last year and was great to combine.

CDC Churchill was the highest yielding malt barley tested in the area last year.  This is a shorter variety commonly grown for both malt and feed.

CDC Austenson is still the highest yielding barley in Manitoba.  This 2-row variety is ideal for the feed market with its high test weight, and large, plump kernels.
