CDC Anson is a newer white milling oat that has replaced our Summit acres.  It is a high yielding variety that is the shortest on the market.

CDC Arborg oats are known for having strong straw, high yield, and substantial plant mass.  Its thin hull makes it desirable for the millers and farmers like it for its seed shatter resistance.  Arborgs were our highest yielding oats on the farm last year.
