We are looking for an employee to join our sales staff.

Duties include:
Work with growers to generate seed sales and establish ongoing relationships
Have a deep understanding of seed varieites and the ability to provide advice when asked
Ongoing communication with management & staff
Ability to manage bin space, take seed orders and collect data to aid in future sales

Assets:
Have a growth mindset. We want someone who is self-motivated and holds everyone accountable
Strong understanding of agronomic principles
Agronomy or ag business background
Organizational skills
Relative computer skills

Requirements:
Valid class 5 drivers’ licence
Detail oriented/responsible/reliable/self-motivated
Team player but can work independently
Strong inter-personal skills for dealing with customers/co-workers
Easy going and able to deal in high-pressure situations during busy seasons

Other:
Probationary period of three months before position becomes confirmed
Full time preferred but part-time is an option
